MEET THE OWNER
Hey! I'm April! I am the owner and head coach at 180Fitness. We are so excited to have you. I have been active in the Fitness Community since 2009, having started our affiliate in 2009 and moving to a dedicated space in 2010. We have an outstanding community, where our members are treated like family. I make it my personal mission to ensure you have the best experience from the moment you walk in our doors.

180FITNESS PROGRAMS

CrossFit
These group classes are the core of our affiliate. Your strength, stamina, speed, balance, coordination and flexibility will all improve substantially once you begin our fitness program. Each class is run the same throughout the day and will include the following:
-General Warm Up
-Specific Warm Up and Instruction of Movements
-Scaling Options and Review of Programmed Workout
-Coaching During the Workout to Ensure Safety and the Proper Intensity
These are scheduled as GROUP WOD on the Calendar

Teens & Kids
We believe teaching Kids and Teens to master their own physical strength gives them physical strength. We are an inclusive program and believe empowerment comes from conquering physical and mental challenges. We are committed to helping children achieve their athletic and fitness goals. Our coaches provide a fun and positive environment promoting the development of all our young athletes.
Class time will include:
- Warm Up, New Skill Development, Workout and Cool-down Activity or Game
These are scheduled as KIDS or TEENS on the Calendar

Stretch
A weekly program designed to boost athletic performance by promoting efficiency of functional movements. We work to optimize your range of motion, prevent injuries and accelerate post-workout recovery while focusing on improved position and posture.
What you can expect is:
- Combination of stretch routines, myofascial release, and mobility improvement
- Recommended activities for at-home care
These are scheduled as STRETCH on the Calendar
NUTRITION + SUPPLEMENTS
One-on-One Coaching
Our Coach and Athlete Partnership teaches far more "eat this" and "not that", as we pride ourselves on being educators. Beyond changing your thought process, we change your body. Whether your goals are athletic or aesthetic, we give you a simple, effective and scientific approach to nutrition.
Autopilot
Bridging the gap for people short on money, time or who simply don't need or want a coach's feedback. Join us for monthly sessions to discuss strategies to improve your overall nutrition. We are offering to add accountability while removing guesswork for people who are not working one-on-one with a nutrition coach.
Medical Referral
We have proven methods to improve your fitness through nutrition practice but there are limits to what we can do. We offer referrals to a network of medical professionals to assist with the treatment of clinical or medical conditions through nutrition.
